Chef Jennifer Millsap is the owner and executive chef of Shef Madres Catering, a locally owned, chef-owned catering company serving the Greater Sacramento region. A Sacramento native with more than 15 years of culinary experience, Jennifer has built a reputation for creating exceptional farm-to-table dining experiences for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations and exclusive gatherings.
Her career includes serving as a private chef for professional NBA athletes and discerning clients who value fresh, seasonal cuisine tailored to every occasion. A cancer survivor whose journey inspired the creation of Shef Madres, Jennifer brings resilience, passion and heartfelt hospitality to every menu she creates.
